M.M.Warburg & CO successfully placed Continental AG shares at EUR 77.50 per share
M.M.Warburg & CO has fully and successfully completed the placement, as announced yesterday, of its entire remaining stake of 10,389,543 shares in Continental AG, equivalent to 5.2% of Continental AG’s share capital.
The shares were offered for purchase by way of an accelerated bookbuilding to qualified investors in Europe and the United States. They were placed at a price of EUR 77.50 per share.
Delivery of the shares against payment of the placement price is scheduled for September 27, 2012.
